Happy Friday, ladies! I’m going to make this one short and sweet (literally), but we wanted to share a recent discovery of ours! Jen and I are trying out the low sugar, low carb diet but sometimes we literally can’t help our desire for a sweet treat. This was when we discovered making homemade ice cream with milk and frozen bananas.
Yes, we know that the banana is the candy bar of fruits, but at least it’s natural sugar and not added!
